How to read?

1. After clicking the link, ignore any pop ups and click the skip button, 
2. It will bring you to the file in Google drive but also opens a new tab or window. 
3. Just ignore any pop ups on the page and exit.
4. You should be able to find the opened google drive pdf file in your tabs or windows.
